SPARE PARTS

A few years ago we got a new clutch put into my son’s car. It ran great for awhile but suddenly the clutch failed again. Needless to say, the parts that were used the first time either weren’t high quality, installed correctly or the driving might have been too aggressive (probably a combo of all three).

I see this all the time with our bodies: knees, back, hips, and the list goes on and on. My shoulder were/are in the same boat. Having one repaired back in 2015 and the other injured, I know how our ‘human parts’ can wear out too.

The key is to find a way to work around injuries, setbacks or limitations. There is always a way to find a way to train. This not only will usually help the body come back stronger but without a doubt, help the mindset even more.
