Why SNACKS are the enemy
We have grown up hearing that snacks are healthy and part of a good diet. While this is somewhat true, when I work with clients, one of my guidelines is to NOT snack. This might seem counterintuitive to some as we have always heard that snacking is good and part of good nutrition. As I dive in on this video, if one of your goals is recomposition, I define what I classify as snacks, why I say "snacks are your enemy" and how you can adjust your nutritional process accordingly.
