As a kid, I frequently found myself in need of discipline. Whether detention or being grounded, I thankfully got out of that phase.

However, now I'm applying self discipline to myself on a daily basis. While it's different, sometimes its still difficult.

Some things have come easier over the years but others are still a challenge.

Categories include nutrition, training, sleep, hydration, supplementation, time management, reading, writing, relaxing (yes I have to discipline myself to relax) and many more.

As you look to be the best version of yourself this year, what areas are you focusing on? Recognize, then put systems in place to help support and reduce the need to rely on your own willpower (and stay out of the principal’s office).
