Last week I talked about getting an annual physical check up, to see how things are health-wise. This week I want to talk about doing a different one; a financial check up. Annually, I complete a personal financial statement (PFS). This is a good evaluation to see how things are going financially. This includes income, expenses, assets and liabilites.
Just like a training log, a physical report and tracking intake, being aware of one's financial status and checking progress
We all have good ideas. We also all have moments that we want to remember. Both of these examples are scenarios that you want to capture. There are lots of ways to do this. Maybe its keeping an actual journal. Perhaps taking a video or picture. It could even be writing something on your hand to trigger a more permanent recording in the near future.
