I was at the State Fair this past weekend and happened to be walking past a food stand that sold chicken items. Was talking to a client this week about how to structure their refeed and thought it would be good to share to the group. First, this is something that I will use as a tool to offset a deficit. TUFF DUCKS
Some of you might have saw my post this week on a couple ducks swimming upstream and how I thought this personified so many things that we are all going thru right now.
