Having coached multiple clients well into their 50's, plus having been training consistently for over 25 years myself, I have identified 5 keys to longevity when it comes to fitness and nutrition.
As we all work towards our goals of health and fitness, one of the main keys is being able to be consistent with training. This not only means habits, but also being able to work through the obstacles that life throws at us.
