DON'T BE SICK
So a TON of stuff going on right now with the COVID-19 pandemic. First, I want to make sure that everyone who reads this has a few extra layers of protection, as you are already taking care of your body!! So give yourself a high five (but no one else so you don't get sick).
But seriously, with all that is going on right now in the media, there are some simple things you can and should be doing to further help boost your immunity:
Wash hands (hum Happy Birthday song 2x)
Don't shake hands (hard one for me)
Cover mouth and keep bubble a bit larger between people
Wipe down equipment at the gym
My opinion here is we are in a low risk group because we take care of ourselves. Use some of the tips above, continue to keep your food and fluids top notch, and keep being awesome.
