I've been focusing on intentional warm ups, especially after a workshop we had with Dr. Ryan at REV Wellness.

Below is my favorite technique for warming up my shoulders.

I do this activation move after foam rolling, and dynamic stretching (see my prior post on why this is important). It's a quick and easy movement that is effective for all planes of movement for the upper body (and great to warm them up before getting that bar on the back for squats).
