How To Adjust The Safety Spotter Arms Properly On Bench Press And Squats

Safety spotter arms are critical for bench press and squats (even if you have a spotter). It is important not just to use them, but to set them right (or they might as well not even be there).    

In this video, I outline the mistakes that are made often and how to properly adjust the height for both lifts. Often even experienced lifters miss the last step. This is an important habit that all lifters should have in place.
