EVERYBODY IS DOING IT

While there are common goals in fitness including body fat loss, muscle gain, strength increase, metabolism improvement, there are very many methods to achieve these and more.

In fact, you can have the exact same goals as another individual but your protocol can look very different. Why does this happen?

Each individual has their own set of characteristics. These include but are not limited to: lean body mass, metabolic rate, training experience, age, gender, injuries, schedule, activity level, recovery along with many other factors.

It's not hard to see that while the goal can be very similar, the method can look very different from one person to another. As a coach, it would be very convenient if this wasn't the case, but it's just not the reality. I do however encourage community (which is one of the reasons I have the group connections and training) which can generate ideas and encouragement.

Certainly there are often similarities and it can also be good to look into what others are doing, but the journey is rarely a one-size-fits-all.
