The holidays are almost over, and for most of us, that's a good thing! But now what do you do with all the leftovers and goodies you have accumulated? Throw that stuff out! I'm all for not wasting food (ask my kids) but if it's not healthy and going to help with goals, get rid of it. Likewise, it might just be that snack food that you have had a box or bag of. It is going to suck a little, but toss it out too! Best way to not eat that junk is to not have it around to eat.
