8 steps to beat decision fatigue:

1. Make important decisions early
2. Don't decide hungry or tired
3. If you're not feeling a decision, put it off
4. Get plenty of rest
5. Eliminate repetitive decisions 
6. Keep training log so don't have to decide on previous session
7. Have meal plan or meals already prepped
8. Clarify goals and actions
