As the locals can attest, this weekend here in Iowa, it was 62 degrees in February, that was awesome! Certainly not seasonal weather. Don't worry, sounds like snow is just around the corner to keep things balanced.
When there are unexpected days, whether weather related or some other change, ask yourself what you can do to take advantage of it?
I myself got outside and soaked up some sunshine along with fresh air. My son had a dodgeball game, which I have to believe might be the most fun way to exercise.
Find ways to stay active. This keeps the metabolism revved up, but also keeps you busy, which can reinforce good nutrition habits as well.
