Isn’t it awesome when you don’t have a limit on your training time?

In reality, we all know that rarely happens, lol. Additionally, there’s a point of diminishing returns but that’s for another post.

The challenge we often face is not having enough time to get our training in.

In these scenarios, even when you can’t get a full workout in, I’ll submit doing something is better than nothing.

Here is why:

1. Keeping a routine or habit in place is going to carry you further long term.

2. Starting an activity is the hardest part and usually ends up creating momentum.

3. Even if quick and short, getting a workout improves energy, mindset and focus.

The next time you find yourself short on time, just commit to doing all you can in that 20-30 minute period. I guarantee you will be glad you did.
