STOP RELYING ON MOTIVATION

Motivation is fleeting. It’s great for setting goals, but it’s completely unreliable for reaching them. When it runs out—and it will—you’re left back at baseline.
The secret to moving the needle isn't "trying harder," it's creating Standards of Success.

What are your Standards? These are the non-negotiable actions that keep you focused regardless of your mental state or how much "motivation" you have today.
To build yours, start with your “Why Factors”—the deep, meaningful reasons you want to achieve your goals. Then, create "I" statements for your priorities.
For example:
Family: "I define exactly how I will show up for them consistently."
Time: "I use my time intentionally at all times, whether working or resting."
How to make your Standards stick:
1. Review them daily. Read your standards every morning to remind yourself what you stand for.
2. Display them. Put them where you can see them to further your commitment.
3. Tell someone. Share them with your inner circle to take your accountability to the next level.

Standards are about the habits and leading indicators that create progress. You won't be perfect every day, but when you slip, your standards are what help you pick yourself back up.
What is ONE "I Statement" or standard you are committing to today?
