I recently posted a video of two squat sessions about six months apart. One squat I looked and felt out of line and just plain uncomfortable. The second squat had much better technique, flow and felt a TON better as well! I credit a large part of this to the daily mobility and stretching routine I have been doing.
I've been asked by a bunch of my clients to go through my daily routine, and so I created this video to show what it is I do. I would recommend finding the movements that feel good to you and your limitations, but the key is to plan the routine into your daily schedule.
