The challenge is not staying focused on your top priorities, but keeping the right priorities at the top.
I know I am bombarded with demands for my time and attention, and I'm quite sure you find yourself in this position as well. It is hard to not be a "yes person" when these come across your desk, especially when you genuinely want to help.
However, staying strong in keeping your priorities at the top is crucial to help you stay on your path. That doesn't mean you never help others out or neglect anything that doesn't directly relate to your Why Factors, but not at the expense of short changing yourself. At the end of the day, with your top priorities still your top priorities, you will likely be in a better position to address those other demands when you are ready.
