Hunger Management

Often I hear how people try to avoid being hungry, or they feel like they should always be in a state of hunger.  Both of these scenarios are misguided.

In the video below, I talk through how we should approach hunger and specifically, when we should use that as a guide to eat.   Is it contingent on what time of day it occurs? Certainly this and more is feedback from the body that needs to be paid attention to and addressed appropriately in each individual situation.
