Fiber

Fiber is an important carbohydrate that often gets overlooked. It helps aid in digestion and feeling full along with keeping blood sugar stable.

 


All that goodness that fiber contains, it's no surprise that it usually is an indication of a quality carbohydrate. As you look at your crab sources, fiber is something you should pay attention to when you are making decisions.

As with all things, too much of a good thing is still too much. Regarding amounts, you should aim for a daily intake between 20 to 40 g of fiber per day, depending on total intake. Don't forget the water and to vary up the crab sources as well.
