Guys, this isn't fancy or something abnormal, but getting sleep is important.
I used to be the guy who would be proud of not getting much sleep, but this is counterproductive. Sleep not only allows you to restore and repair physically, but I also mentally, emotionally, and physiologically.
It might not be 8 hours for you, but you know when you're not giving enough. Prioritize your day, including this. Get you some sleep.
