FOCUS

I want to specifically talk about focusing on the muscle. In other words, when doing a movement/exercise, concentrate on the body parts you are training. 

 

As a bodybuilder, I try to flex the muscle as I'm doing the exercise. This not only helps with getting the most activation, but also helps bring more blood in the area. 

Don't just go through the motion, feel it.
