Time to plan the upcoming week, what are the three big actions you want to target to accomplish to win it?


These should not be optional and need to be scheduled somewhere into your week. Maybe it's setting up a meeting with a person. Perhaps it's finishing a drawn-out project at work. It could be hitting your macros and keeping a food log Mon-Fri to hold yourself accountable.

Whatever the three things are, focus a plan to get them done. Once you win the week, start the same for the next week.
