Daylight savings was today and we all 'fell back' an hour. Hope everyone enjoyed and took advantage of it.
That said, if you have been wanting to get into a morning routine, tomorrow is the best Monday of the year to do so. Your still very aware that the clocks are 1 hour ahead. Therefore getting up one hour earlier than usual is a wash. Tag on 30 extra minutes and you can get ALOT done in the AM!
This could be a training session, action items, personal development, etc. Bottom line, take advantage of the time change and achieve!
