There is nothing magical about Jan 1. Yeah it's the first day of the year but doesn't mean that people can't start before or after to achieve their big goals. That said, don't be afraid or ashamed to go ahead and start anew tomorrow! It might be simply tightening up what you are currently doing, or it could be a complete 180.
