How do you spend your time? Are you spending it in a way that matches up with your top priorities? Just like money, but more importantly, time too should align with the activities that impact what we most want. There are apps out that can help you track this based on your location. Life Cycle and RescueTime are a couple. Time is our most precious resource, this week, keep a log and make sure you are spending it wisely.

LIFT THE BIG AND LITTLE WEIGHTS
I always emphasize progress, which I maintain is one of the key components of effective training. However, this shouldn't be confused with always lifting heavy. Higher reps has a lot of benefits, including hypertrophy (muscle growth), metabolism and cardiovascular benefits, improved circulation and a recovery effect to name a few. Progression is still important here as well. The benefits of lifting heavy are many, so is light, do both and progression is the common theme.
